n most countries of the world when a person reaches the age of 65 they often retire from their place of work (voluntarily or are forced). In many companies it's a special day for that person and the company holds some kind of celebration — usually a party. We must also assume that at this stage in life most people have everything they need, except perhaps money, so a money gift may not be a bad idea.
